The following are sexual health clinics in NYC. All clinics listed provide confidential and gender affirming care including hormone replacement therapy.  All provide low fee/no fee – no one gets turned away.

When you call to make an appointment, make sure to ask how appointments and prescriptions are paid for, because each clinic handles fee coverages differently.

  • Family Planning Clinic & Young Men’s Clinic (ages 14-35): 21 Audubon Ave, NY, NY 10032 (Both clinics located in the same building)

    • Call 212-342-3232 for walk-ins and appointments (Mon & Fri 8AM - 5PM, Tue & Wed 8AM - 7PM, Thu 8AM - 1PM)

    NYC Department of Health Sexual Health Clinics: Multiple Locations in Manhattan (Chelsea, Central Harlem) , The Bronx (Morrisania), Brooklyn (Fort Greene), and Queens (Jackson Heights, Jamaica). Check website for specific location address.

    • Walk in Hours 8:30a-3:30p (Will close once at capacity. Fort Greene and Chelsea locations offer additional hours on Tuesdays, 5PM - 7PM)

    • Check the DOH’s NYC Health Map for a map of other sexual health clinics across NYC.

    Planned Parenthood: Multiple locations and in all 5 boroughs, offers search function for nearest clinic based on zip code.

    • Walk-ins accepted up to 2 hours before closing, and live chat available on website.

    • Services include: Abortion, Gender-affirming care, including hormone therapy, Birth control, STI testing, Cervical and breast cancer screening, PrEP and PEP, UTI testing and treatment, and more.

    APICHA Community Health Center

    Callen Lorde : Specialists in LGBTQ+ Healthcare, with clinicslocated in Manhattan (212-271-7200), the Bronx (718-215-1800), and Brooklyn (718-215-1818). Callen-Lorde provides “sensitive, quality health care and related services targeted to New York’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities — in all their diversity — regardless of ability to pay.”

    Community Health Network : Multiple locations in Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens. Call 866-246-8259 to make an appointment.

    The Door (ages 12-24) : The Door's Adolescent Health Center offers NYC young people ages 12 to 24 no-cost, confidential health services in a diverse and caring setting. To schedule an appointment, call 212-453-0222.

    Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center (ages 10-26) : The Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center offers these specialty services available at no cost

    Ryan Center : Multiple locations in Manhattan. Call 212-749-1820 or visit their portal to make an appointment.

    HEAT Program (ages 13-29) : HEAT provides sexual and reproductive health services to youth ages 13-29. The program takes referrals from all 5 boroughs and offers services regardless of their ability to pay. Call 718-613-8543 to schedule an appointment.
